Absolutely! Most of our tours are customisable. Mention your preferences (duration, group size, budget) in the enquiry form and our travel desk will tailor an itinerary for you.
Our packages cater to solo travellers, couples, families, and large groups of 20+. Pricing may vary for group bookings — contact us for group deals.
No. A booking is confirmed only after our team sends you a confirmation email and you complete the advance payment. Availability is not guaranteed until then.
Yes. You can submit an enquiry on behalf of another person. Please provide their correct details during the booking process.
Cancellations 30+ days before travel receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. 15–30 days: 50% refund. 7–14 days: 25% refund. Under 7 days or no-show: no refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add 2–3 extra days.
If we cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or a complimentary rescheduling to a later date — your choice.
Yes, modifications (dates, group size, room type) are usually possible subject to availability. Contact us as early as possible to avoid cancellation charges.
A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Voter ID) is required. For hill stations or forest areas, additional permits may be needed — we'll inform you in advance.
Travel insurance is not included by default. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. We can suggest reliable providers on request.
Light woolens for evenings, comfortable trekking shoes, sunscreen, a rain jacket (if travelling June–September), and a power bank. A detailed packing list is sent with your confirmation.
We accept UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm), bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and debit/credit cards. Payment details are shared in the booking confirmation email.
Yes. A non-refundable advance of 20–30% of the total booking amount is required to secure your booking. The balance is due 7 days before departure.
All displayed prices include applicable GST (5% for tour packages as per Indian tax law). A GST invoice is issued on request.
All payments are handled through secure, verified payment gateways. We do not store any card or banking details on our servers.
For bookings more than 30 days in advance, we offer a two-instalment plan. Contact our team to set this up.
