1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Plan Out Trip ("Company", "we", "us"), operating at p.planouttrip.com. By registering an account, submitting an enquiry, or using any feature of our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Our Services

Plan Out Trip provides an online travel booking and enquiry platform offering:

• Tour Packages: Curated group and customised tour itineraries across India and select international destinations
• Hotel Bookings: Accommodation listings and booking facilitation
• Cab Bookings: Point-to-point and multi-day vehicle hire services
• Activities: Local experiences, guided tours, and adventure activities

We act primarily as a facilitator and booking intermediary between you and third-party service providers (hotels, transport operators, activity vendors). The final service is delivered by these independent providers.

3. User Accounts

To submit enquiries or make bookings, you must register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Verify your email address before accessing full account features
• Maintain the security of your password and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account at info@planouttrip.com
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for an extended period.

4. Bookings & Payments

All bookings on Plan Out Trip are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from us.

• Prices displayed are indicative and may be subject to change until a booking is confirmed
• We accept payment via bank transfer, UPI, and other methods as notified at time of booking
• An advance deposit may be required to secure your booking
• All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise
• We are not responsible for additional charges imposed by third-party service providers

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by service type and provider. General guidelines:

• More than 30 days before travel: Full refund minus a processing fee of up to 10%
• 15–30 days before travel: 50% refund of the total booking amount
• 7–14 days before travel: 25% refund
• Less than 7 days / No-show: No refund

Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use our platform to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent enquiries or bookings
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or our staff
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without written permission
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the platform
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Violate any applicable Indian or international laws

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Plan Out Trip — including text, images, logos, itineraries, tour descriptions, and software — is the property of Plan Out Trip or its licensors and is protected under Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

User-generated content (such as reviews) remains your property, but by submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute it on our platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Plan Out Trip shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services
• Acts or omissions of third-party service providers (hotels, transport operators, activity vendors)
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or pandemics
• Loss of data, profit, goodwill, or business opportunity
• Personal injury or property damage during travel unless caused by our direct negligence

Our total liability in any matter arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific booking in question.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Plan Out Trip, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of our services; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Dinajpur, West Bengal, India.

For consumer grievances, you may also approach the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or a prominent notice on our website at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of our platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
